- 16-50 employees: $625
- 51 or more: $875
Distributor (register now)
- 1-15 employees: $500
- 16-50 employees: $650
- 51 or more: $875
Each additional Branch listing-No limit on branch listing $125 each branch up to a maximum of $600 for additional branches.
Manufacturer (register now)
- 1-499 employees: $550
- 500 or more: $900
Manufacturer's Representative (register now)
- 1-10 Lines: $350
- 11+ Lines: $350 + $20 each additional lines over 10 to a maximum of $500.
Members-at-Large/Utility (register now)
- One Rate: $525
