• Drive strategic planning process to identify growth markets, distribution channels, and product development opportunities
• Research market needs, define acquisition targets, and develop strategic plans

Requirements:

We are currently searching for a senior level HVAC Project Engineer to perform HVAC design work and manage related projects for various clients.

Major responsibilities are as follows:

Lead HVAC design work for building projects. Prepare related calculations, drawings, and specifications. Perform assessments pertaining to HVAC conditions. Assist with the preparation of HVAC cost estimates. Manage HVAC budgets, scheduling, and scope of projects. Perform Quality Reviews and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a healthcare facility and/or laboratory environment is required. Strong technical skills and the ability to interface effectively with clients are essential. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD is required.

Position Responsibilities

We have an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer with experience in selling professional services as required by customers with power distribution systems. Applicant will need to have a BSEE and 5 years of related experience, with strong familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or similar software experience. This position requires experience in selling power distribution services and electrical safety services, i.e., the creation of one-line drawings; electrical systems design, various power studies, electrical hazard assessments, and electrical safety evaluations for customers. Applicant must be experienced in generating sales for services that are needed by customers for their power distribution systems.

Primary responsibilities would include development and follow-up of leads, conducting technical sales calls at customer facilities and their National HQs, creation and follow-up of engineering services proposals, routine communication with end customers, training and working with field sales reps, creation of customer’s Request For Proposals and Services Specifications, identifying best practices to standardize processes, documentation and deliverable outputs, identifying sales obstacles, and monitoring competitive; will also include promotion of Littelfuse safety related products and current-limiting fuses.
Assistance is required with NEC/NFPA training, assisting with project management of contracted services, supporting Marketing with development of technical sales tools, investigating new services, and working with Marketing to develop new business opportunities.

Reporting to the POWR-GARD Services Sales Manager, the Sales Engineer will develop and create services sales revenue, provide technical support to POWR-GARD Marketing and customers, and to promote product upgrade sales and training services.


Requirements - The success individual will possess:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience in power distribution systems applications, 240V to High Voltage, to the industrial, commercial, manufacturing segments of North America, having held a managerial or product management position
5+ years experience selling technical services for power distribution systems
Good Computer Skills including: MS Office, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, ETAP or similar software
Willingness to travel 50-60%

An outstanding professional will have:

Professional Engineer license
Experience working with or interfacing with consulting engineering firms and power analysis firms
Experience with reading impedance diagrams and one-lines
Good oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills; Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently; Good problem solving skills; Good organizational skills; Results oriented; Self motivated with sales objectives and travel planning; Good “people” skills; Good listener and can adapt to the customer audience
Established engineering contacts with National HQ customers

The successful candidate will have:
