We currently have an opening in our Bloomingdale, IL office for an Estimator / Project Manager for new construction projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: • Electrical estimating of commercial and industrial new construction projects • Project planning and management • Coordinating equipment and material Submittals • Create and maintain project schedule • Project Data Setup, Layout and coordination of electrical systems
• An Associates, Bachelor’s degree or technical school certificate in Business, Construction, Drafting or equivalent experience is preferred. We will also consider a new grad. • Experience in electrical estimating • Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English • Customer Service skills and problem solving ability • Knowledge of construction equipment, tools, process and sequence is preferred. • Knowledge of construction economics to manage project cost data is preferred.
