The Electric Association is hosting the 4th Annual Green Conference for the electrical industry on Thursday, January 24, 2013.  We are excited to announce some major changes to the upcoming event that will allow us to accommodate a larger constituency from the electrical construction market. First, we have changed the date of the conference to allow more participates from the electrical contracting segment of the industry to attend the event.  Second, we have moved the conference to a larger venue - the Donald E. Stephens Conference Center in Rosemont - with a great array of local options for entertaining clients and customers.  We have designed seminars aimed to educate End-Users (property and facility managers, municipalities, building owners, etc.), at the conference, as well as the electrical construction industry.

Last year Gexpro participated in the Electric Association’s ChicaGOGreen Conference, which resulted in a multi-million dollar design-build solar photovoltaic installation contract for a branch of the US-Armed Forces.

The project would not have come about without our attendance at the conference and a referral from a participant we met onsite.

The networking & information sharing opportunities offered through the Electric Association are a tremendous value to the conference participants and the Industry at large.
